Scheer on his climate plan, supply management, and the push towards legal pot

Canada is losing 30-40 million dollars a day because we can only sell oil to the USA, or 15-20 billion dollars a year. That’s about 5 new hospitals a year in Canada. Put a leader in place who will use the Constitution to get pipelines done - Scheer!!!
