Ibrahim and 16 others are initiating legal action saying the country's natural resources need to be protected.

Parti Bumiputera Perkasa Malaysia president Ibrahim Ali and 16 others have filed a lawsuit against the company allegedly responsible for the current water supply disruption in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.

Law firm Messrs Azam Aziz & Co, which acts for the 17 plaintiffs, filed the Writ of Summons at the Shah Alam High Court Registry around 1.52pm this afternoon.
