The Court of Appeal in Abuja has dismissed an appeal by former chairman of Daar Communications Plc, Raymond Dokpesi, on alleged corruption charges valued at N2.

In the lead ruling by Justice Stephen Adah, the Court of Appeal also faulted the two notices of appeal jointly filed by both Dokpesi and Daar Investments on November 26 and 30, 2018, through their lawyer, Kanu Agabi .
