Godwin Ohue, 40, was more than four times over the legal drinking limit when he crashed

An uninsured drink driver has been jailed after claiming a woman who died in a crash he caused was faking her injuries.

Miss Bruce-Lawrence, who was a passenger in the other vehicle’s back seat, was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering fatal injuries from the impact of the collision. Footage filmed later that evening shows the inebriated driver in the back of a police car giving a breath test reading of 150 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – more than four times over the legal limit of 35 micrograms.
