"McGinnis stated that the first round went into the ground and when the second shot went off, the defendant actually had the gun aimed at Rosenbaum," the complaint said.
Another person, identified as Anthony Huber in the complaint, then approached Rittenhouse while he was still on the ground and tried to grab the gun. Huber had a skateboard in one hand and attempted to get the gun from Rittenhouse in the other, based on authorities' video review. A man named Gaige Grosskreutz put his hands in the air after Huber was shot, seemingly armed with a handgun, and was allegedly shot in the arm by Rittenhouse when he attempted to approach the teen, according to the complaint.
