. DeVos separately on Wednesday evening sought clarification from that judge about the order.

Dana Nessel, attorney general of Michigan, who led the legal challenge, praised the court’s ruling inAn attorney arguing the case for Nessel argued during a hearing last week that the states were seeking to stop DeVos from acting as a “reverse Robin Hood” in taking funding away from cash-strapped public schools to send to wealthy private schools.
