HARRY MAGUIRE is set for a retrial after lodging his appeal against his conviction for a Mykonos brawl.
Maguire was found guilty of assault, attacking a cop, attempted bribery and verbal assault after a marathon seven-hour court session on the Greek island of Syros last night. This afternoon, thedefender's brother Laurence Maguire tweeted: "Absolute no chance Harry will be apologising.said "the truth can't be hidden" after he was found guilty of bribery, aggravated assault and resisting arrest over the Mykonos brawl.

If you punch a cop then try to bribe him to let you go whilst telling them that you are filthy rich does not entitle you to a retrial, it would serve him right if he gets time inside for time wasting. It's a case of Man United waving their monetary clout, not innocence or guilt.
