Karim Soetratma, for the Attorney-General, told the court that Driver had received 70 hours of intense one-on-one counselling while in prison. But Mr Soetratma said the order would be reviewed each year as a "safeguard" to ensure prisoners did not "fall through the cracks". But Mr Soetratma said Driver could not be monitored by South Australian authorities if he left the state.
