THE Kuala Lumpur High Court today set August 19 to hear an application from PetroSaudi Oil Services Ltd to amend an interim order obtained by the government prohibiting the company from moving about US$340 million in the care of a London law firm elsewhere. The money is said to be linked to 1Malaysia Development Bhd and kept in escrow by Clyde & Co in the United Kingdom.
