According to the complaint, the woman had to leave to catch a flight upon regaining consciousness and left Guice's Virginia home in a hurry. During a layover in Chicago, she photographed her injuries in a bathroom, showing a bruised neck.

Criminal complaints filed Monday against Derrius Guice allege that the former Washington Football Team running back attacked his girlfriend on three separate occasions, including one incident in which Guice"strangled her until she was unconscious."

That incident allegedly took place March 13 at Guice's home in Ashburn, Virginia, according to one such criminal complaint. It alleges that once the woman regained consciousness, Guice"was crying and tapping her." The complaint also says that Guice allegedly"pushed her and pulled her hair more than once" on March 13.

According to the complaint, the woman had to leave to catch a flight upon regaining consciousness and left Guice's home in a hurry. During a layover in Chicago, she photographed her injuries in a bathroom, showing a bruised neck.The court documents were filed in Loudoun County General District Court. Guice, 23, was charged with one count of felony strangulation, three counts of assault and battery and one count of destruction of property for his alleged role in the three separate incidents.

The final incident took place April 17, according to the final criminal complaint. Guice allegedly pushed his girlfriend to the ground outside of his home,"causing her to sustain injuries to her body" that she photographed, according to the complaint. Guice also allegedly threw his girlfriend's cell phone into the street, causing it to shatter.
