Those kids were murdered by a mentally ill kid. That marketing had zero to do with the death of anyone at Sandy Hook.

Yeah, sue Chevy when you get into a car accident. Makes sense.

Therein lies the real reason for the bankruptcy.

The Firearm manufactures should not have any liability in what another person does with their product! Terrible precedence to set! If this is the case I had a person slam into me because they were not paying attention should I sue the car manufacturer
