Portland’s Wall of Moms, Black Lives Matter and the Don’t Shoot protest groups filed a lawsuit Monday against the U.S. Justice and Homeland Security departments, arguing that federal officers are using excessive violence and violating protesters’ constitutional rights.
“Rather than protect and defend Plaintiffs’ constitutional rights, as they are bound to do by law and their Oaths of Office, Defendants have implemented an unlawful policy to quash Plaintiffs’ speech and end their protests,‘’ the suit says. We just sued @DHSgov & @TheJusticeDept on behalf of @DontShootPDX, founded by @TeressaLRaiford, @WallOfMoms, organizer @BevBarnum & several other #BlackLivesMatter protesters to stop the @realDonaldTrump administration’s unlawful invasion of Portland. https://t.co/zb9Mt4iPMBThe suit was filed in the U.S.
And each and everyone of you should be charge with vandalism and looting, how about that
I love seeing all of these white, black, brown, yellow brothers and sisters protesting against systemic racism, oppression, police brutality, federal police cruelty and countless bad things in our society. More POWER to the People!
Second thought..... I wonder which federal district court house this case would be heard in ?
LIBERAL SCUM
Maybe they should have stayed home, or something, instead of trying to protect Domestic Terrorists.
Maybe they should stop being riots and try being protests.
Good luck with that
