sophiemeixner if stickwithricksa is arguing the power to make the stay at home orders arises directly under the Victorian constitution, respectfully he is wrong. The orders are expressly made under the Public Health and Wellbeing Act, an ordinary (and debated) Act of Parliament

The problem will be when more and more people boycott those businesses, no customers no business, hopefully. What's the plan security guard to turn people away, call the police if people refuse to comply and enter anyway?
