The work must be defective, such as leaking taps or cracked tiles, as opposed to the tiles looking “different” to when you selected them.Keep a record of your discussion with the builder, and then confirm your concerns in writing and keep a copy for your own records. If you don’t hear back from the builder, or aren’t satisfied with his response, then you can complain to your nearest building commission office who will work with you and the builder to try and resolve the problem.
