THE hearing of the corruption case involving former federal territories minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor will resume before Kuala Lumpur High Court judge Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali on November 23. Nazlan sets the date after deputy public prosecutor Lailawati Ali informed the court of a Federal Court’s decision, made on July 17, allowing him to continue to preside over the trial.
