"This law is overbroad and we believe it's being used to stifle dissent and target civil society including human rights and groups in the Philippines," Schakowsky said. Rep. Jan Schakowsky: We stand to gather to ask the government to repeal the Anti Terrorism Act of 2020 that risks undermining human rights in the Philippines.
