Australian justice system is skewed

Pell has been cited in probably 50 cases this year, simply because it is the most recent HC commentary on the unsafe verdict ground. If Pell hadn't been handed down, the court would cite M v Queen instead - and there would be no sensational headline.

Always astounded me that Pells evidence was remotely regarded as being believable when he’s well know as a manipulator and denier of truths in relation to other sexual offences by other people.

But have nothing to do with each other Ridiculous news

And now it begins.

Nice one high court justices - jury trial wreckers.

The ABC does Pell Derangement Syndrome better than anyone. Trial by Four Corners didn’t work, so now they’ll just continue to trash his reputation.

Nope, this dude doesn’t look like he’d harm a fly. Said no-one, EVER!

FatherBob This is a mis-representation of the Pell case. There was zero physical evidence in the Pell case and it was one witness verse Pell. If there was physical evidence or another witness (even from an earlier assault), Pell would be behind bars. This judge should be fired.

OK so general population could take care of it if our justice system cannot. blood boils for this victim.

The Pell Effect is a tragedy for justice and victims.

Pell’s legacy.

Wow, seen that coming, I blame the prosecutors. They are laying charges when there is not enough evidence. In saying that rape and historical sexual abuse is so hard to prove.

ROPE IS ALL

It starts.

Interesting that his victims' remaining family members objected too. Interesting also that a 'white supremacist' man first to be executed after all this time. Dreadful state of affairs. Poor families. Capital punishment is wrong in my view.
