Chong Wei greeted news of Chinese superstar Lin Dan’s retirement with a tinge of sadness but a sense of optimism that their great talents would not go to waste. Lin Dan, a two-time Olympic champion, announced his retirement on social media site Weibo today after 20 years with the Chinese national team.
