I’m going to keep going until I make it to where I want to be.” 11 criminal charges against former Atlanta Police Department officer Garrett Rolfe, most notably felony murder. Howard said Brooks was 18 feet and three inches away from Rolfe and posed no threat when the officer reached for his gun and shot him twice in the back. According to Howard, Rolfe also kicked Brooks after shooting him.with aggravated assault and violating his oath of office. Howard said Brosnan stood on Brooks’ shoulders after he’d been shot.
He was literally more than cooperative, the Officer knew he passed the test. Knew he was sleeping the remaining off as the first Officer gave him the OK to do. You could see he was practically desiring to beg them not to arrest him have any form of record. Passed didn't matter
