The high court in Pretoria will on Wednesday hear the Freedom Front Plus challenge to the constitutionality of the Disaster Management Act and the validity of the decision to declare a national state of disaster.
In a bid to curb the spread of the coronavirus, the government declared a national state of disaster in March, which resulted in a myriad regulations being put in place. Earlier in June, the cabinet approved the extension of the national state of disaster by another month from June 15 to July 15. The high court in Pretoria has already found, in a separate matter, that level 4 and 3 regulations are invalid and unconstitutional. The government is, however, appealing this judgment. This case did not deal with the constitutionality of the Disaster Management Act but with the regulations gazetted by the government.
The NCCC became a State of Disaster. There is no pandemic. Gates and W.H.O. lied. The NCCC refuse to listen to any other doctors or scientists or economists telling the truth. This is not REHAB or an ECONOMIC RESET. The unconstitutional Lockdowns and Laws must stop NOW!
There's NO pandemic! 3 to 5 million people worldwide are hospitalised for influenza EACH YEAR. Between 250000 and 500000 die of influenza EACH YEAR. Covid deaths so far = 430000+ . Most data are inflated. In SA, annual influenza deaths are 10000 - 17000.Covid Deaths are now 1580!

Unathi_Kwaza About time the FF+ woke from its slumber. Political parties have a responsibility to challenge irrational and possibly illegal decisions taken by a notoriously corrupt and inept ANC govt, on behalf of all voters.
Let's hope they make a ruling.
