BREAKING: Court rules in suit against INEC by 32 deregistered parties

In suit number FHC/ABJ/ CS/444/19 between Advanced Congress of Democrats and 32 others Vs. Attorney General of the Federation and INEC , the applicants demanded a restraining order.

33 political parties initially filed the matter but two – Labour Party and African Democratic Congress – were later dropped. On June 3, the Alliance for New Nigeria prayed the court to be joined in the suit, making the total number of applicants to be 32.

I think inecnigeria was right, by what they did. Deregistering those political parties, would help a lot. The masses suffered a big inconveniences, during the last election. Number of invalids votes, was to numerous.. Because of huge number of political parties, that particitd.
