WASHINGTON — A former federal judge appointed to review the Justice Department’s motion to dismiss criminal charges against former national security adviser Michael Flynn has found that the government’s request should be denied because there is “clear evidence of a gross abuse of prosecutorial power.”
In January, Flynn filed court papers to withdraw his guilty plea, saying federal prosecutors had acted in “bad faith” and broken their end of the bargain when they sought prison time for him.
Fascinating how many of these subtweets blindly support Flynn yet flatly ignore that he lied to everyone (including Potus & VP) & admitted to the lies under oath twice. Just to own the “Left” they deliberately choose to refute facts and justice to go against American principles.
