Land scam: Court dismisses Sanusi’s suit, okays probe

Emirate Council.reports that former Kano monarch, on Friday, March 6, 2020, approached the court with an ex parte motion against the Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission, Muhyi Magaji Rimingado, Attorney General of Kano State and the governor.

The ex parte motion prayed the court to restrain the Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission and its Chairman, Rimingado, from investigating the affairs of the applicant , pending the hearing of the originating motion.
