Two weeks after receiving a second dose, people who received the smallest-tested dose of the vaccine created levels of binding antibodies equivalent...

Well that's nice, but not a big deal. Lots of vaccines make it through phase 1. Most fail when they are tested on humans, because they either don't work on us -- or the side effects are worse than the disease itself.
