The Wisconsin Supreme Court has overturned the state's stay-at-home order, ruling it"unlawful" and"unenforceable" in a high-profile win for the state's Republican-led Legislature.
In a 4-3 decision, the court ruled that Democratic Gov. Tony Evers' administration overstepped its authority when the state Department of Health Services issued an extension of the order to May 26. The Legislature's Republican leaders argued the order would cost Wisconsin residents their jobs and hurt many companies, arguing that if the order was left in place,"our State will be in shambles.
All we’re talking about is order to lay low for a few weeks to a couple of month for coronavirus outbreak. So now we know WI Supreme Court is not really fit to tell governor how to keep WI safe. If this had been small pox, plague, or antrax, that’d be obviously stupid decision.

This is by far the dumbest thing ever. No country should allow Americans to travel there after this ruling. People really think this is a good idea when there's almost 90k deaths. Mostly Black and Latinos dying so thats probably why they don't care.
