Judge Appoints Lawyer to Argue Against Dismissal of Charges in Flynn Case

, and opened the door to holding Mr. Flynn in contempt of court for pleading guilty under oath twice only to later change his mind.

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan on Wednesday appointed John Gleeson, telling him in an order to also address whether the court should consider holding Mr. Flynn in criminal contempt for perjury.

Put him In Jail where he belongs

The guilty plea was made before exculpatory evidence was provided. Judge should not overlook that and demand the plea deal be upheld. Moreover, the plea deal was the product of standard DOJ coercive methods. He had no practical choice but to accept, even if he was innocent.
