“We found, in many cases, judges had spent up to five to seven years on a case, they were promoted and then they could not continue with it. A new judge would start and the case would begin all over again. It was killing our judicial system. That’s why the National Assembly passed that law under the ACJA.
I cannot more with your view. Is supreme court (cut) saying there are no enough evidence to proof that bros Kalu helped himself with our common patrimony? Many innocent nigerians have been banished to life jail for stealing basic things of life like tuber of yam, pepper and salt.

The Supreme Court only voided the conviction of Mr.Kalu and ordered for retrial. The EFCC has already indicated readiness to commence another round of robust prosecution of the matter.Justice must be done in this matter. Technicality cannot override the substance of the matter.
