COVID-19 lockdown: ‘I’ll not tolerate human rights abuse’ – Buhari warns security agencies

President Muhammadu Buhari has warned security agencies against human rights abuse in the country.

He expressed regrets over the few reported incidents and vowed that the culprits would be brought to book. “As we focus on protecting lives and properties, we will not tolerate any human rights abuses by our security agencies. The few reported incidences are regrettable, and I want to assure you that the culprits will be brought to justice.”
