A federal court has ruled that Arkansas has the ability to ban surgical abortions during the coronavirus pandemic. Several states have attempted to curb abortions, but most courts have either blocked or scaled back the pandemic-related bans.

Reproductive rights groups have accused Republican officials of using the crisis for political purposes. They've successfully persuaded courts to block or scale back pandemic-related abortion bans in most states, including Ohio and Alabama. Please call these people what they are...forced birth activists.

If they really want to save lives they should make it as hard to get a gun as it is to get an abortion.

Just keep killing older people

So what’s going to happen now? Are people going to deliberately keep this virus spreading all over the country just so others no longer have the choice to abort?

Alabama: we need to ban abortions now to preserve medical supplies for COVID-19. Also Alabama: we don’t need a stay-at-home order because COVID’s not that bad.

JFC. So right wing assholes claim a right to buy a gun, get a tattoo, haircut & nails done, but a woman seeking a time sensitive medical procedure don’t have a right? I’m sick of this shit.

Abortion is a remedy to a crime. For every abortion request the infector must be charged with a crime, a sentence minimum of 40 weeks in prison and a vasectomy.

WhT happened to “ some things matter more than life?”

Abortions are not essential

For ever right wing atrocity, there is now at least one federal circuit willing if not eager to set the precedent to be affirmed by the Supreme Court. The culmination of a generation that indoctrinated and paved the way for Kavanaughs to rule.

Before abortions were legal there was the “hat pin” trick and host of other things that sadly are on YouTube right now. These unsafe practices only harm women. If a woman truly wants to terminate a pregnancy she will do it. Septic women require ICU bed.

Beyond fcked up😡

Interestingly, all but one judge in that circuit was appointed by a Republican president, and it was still a 2-1 ruling with a George H. W. Bush appointed judge dissenting.

Women in Red States: your daughters may be free of these misogynistic idiots someday, but you might not. So go around 'em:

NPR and all of you baby killers, WE NEED TO PROTECT those lives that can’t defend themselves. All of you need to support LIFE!

Who would want to being forth a child unwillingly with the unemployment rate as high as it is and an impending recession to fight our way out of in the next few years? Raising an unplanned child is not the way to go. States need not be so narrow sighted and stop bible thumping.

Unless it’s a life-saving surgery, it shouldn’t take place anyway!

Courts are abortion. Trumpers.

States that ban these abortions because of COVID - 19 should pay the mother for 18 years to raise a child !

Illegal. The Constitution doesn't just go away during national emergencies. It's time like that, that the Constitution is needed the most. Overturn this horrible anti-American ruling.
