Court postpones Musa Aman corruption hearing

THE high court has postponed the hearing of former Sabah chief minister Musa Aman’s application to strike out 46 counts of corruption and money laundering linked to timber concessions. Musa’s lead counsel Amer Hamzah Arshad said the hearing, which was fixed for today and tomorrow, has been postponed and a new date will be fixed later.
