Charged: Man who hurled racist remarks, another who slapped petrol attendant via yahoosg

SINGAPORE — A man who allegedly hurled racist remarks after being confronted for not wearing a mask and was filmed in a viral online video was charged in court on Wednesday for breaching circuit breaker measures.

The man in the viral video for his abusive remarks is Mohamed Ali Ramly, 52, while the man who reportedly slapped the woman at Esso petrol station is Alan Lim, 55. He was also said to have uttered vulgarities and racist remarks at an individual named Wang Jian at the same minimart. His tirade, which was recorded in the online video, including abusive words such as, “eh you Chinese ah. F**king hell man. All the virus come from you guys la. F**k you Chinese la you” and “what the f**k man. Eh f**k you la.
