California appeals court ordered dismissal of 29 charges against Naasón Joaquín García, self-proclaimed apostle of La Luz del Mundo Church. Garcia, 50, has been jailed since June following his arrest on counts of child rape and trafficking involving three girls and one woman between 2015 and 2018.
