Justice S.U Bature of the High Court of Federal Capital Territory, Maitama Abuja granted an interim order restraining Babatunde Ogala – National legal adviser, Lanre Issa-Onilu – National publicity Secretary and Waziri Bulama – National secretary.

The court in the motion ex-parte filed by the party’s national Vice Chairman, North East, Comrade Salihu Mustapha against Babatunde Ogala, Lanre Issa-Onilu, Waziri Bulama and the All Progressives Congress also compel APC to give effect to the resolution of the NWC convening the NEC of APC scheduled for 17th March, 2020.

The trio of Ogala, Issa-Onilu and Bulama who are Pro-Oshiomole NWC members had declared the 17th March emergency National executive committee meeting Illegal, alleging that the convener lacks the locus to summon the meeting.
