A Federal High Court In Kano has set aside a ruling of the FCT High Court suspending the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress , Adams Oshiomhole.
Justice Lewis Allagoa on Thursday ordered the police and Department of State Service to provide security for Oshiomhole to resume in his office. On Wednesday, Justice Danlemi Senchi, had granted an order of interim injunction stopping Oshiomhole from parading himself as the APC National Chairman.However, hours after the ruling, Oshiomhole appealed the judgment at the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division.
The Kano high court ruling was reportedly delivered by Justice Lewis Allagoa. But it is yet unclear who filed the case or whether the court has the jurisdiction to set aside the previous ruling.
The Judiciary has been effectively destroyed. Anything Buhari and APC touch becomes irredeemably corrupt. The highest court (SC) has disgraced itself under plane driver Tanko.The rot in the system is pervasive. Very soon a customary court will overrule the Supreme Court.
Can a court of the same jurisdiction set side the ruling of another court of same jurisdiction? Someone should clear me on this issue

Do they have jurisdiction to do this? It's more like if one State's Supreme Court rules against you you can go to another State's similar court to allegedly get the ruling in your favor. This is what's called jamboree republic for sure.

Why do we like disgracing ourselves both within and outside. How can a high court set aside a ruling of another high court. You need a higher court to vacate an order. Ie on this case the only court that has jurisdiction to set aside the ruling of a high court is the appeal.

FCT High Court, High Court of States & Federal High Court, I think are of cordinate jurisdiction & aught not set aside each other's order. However what I think happened here is that today's Court acted not/or pretending not being not to be aware of yesterday's Court's Rulling
Absurdity. Only Court of Appeal can upturn the suspension. Court of same coordinate jurisdiction cannot act as appeal over one another.
