Universiti Malaya’s Awang Azman Pawi said Muhyiddin had set the tone for his administration in his first speech as prime minister when he said he would appoint Cabinet ministers who were clean, had integrity and calibre.Speculation is rife that former members of the Barisan Nasional administration, including top leaders who have been charged in court, could be part of Muhyiddin’s Cabinet, owing to their seniority in Umno.
He added that while the new coalition enjoyed support from conservative Malays, which represents a large bloc, Muhyiddin must be careful not to avoid pushing away other blocs through wrong appointments. “The leaders who are facing trial should take a step back though the courts have yet to make a decision.”

Totally agree. TSMY shud also stake is integrity by dissolving parliament when these tainted leaders make it difficult.

A new AG will drop all charges, judges will acquit the umno guys and all DPPs and AG staff in those cases will be sent to watch birds at Bakun Dam or end up in cement tongs so where got trials or cases! They are all clean to join his cabinet & can all steal together again!

Let's PM decided, the appointment will reflex the PM, therefore PM should be cautious, this will determine the future of Bersatu, MOH, MOE, Economics is fundamental for now and need urgent attention,
That would be common sense if you want any integrity in your government but we allknow how this is really going g to work... and that is why this will not be a legitimate govt voted on and supported by the people
Let him decide whats “clean” by his definition and we will know of this is for the country or for his pocket
Walking the talk would be reflected by the appointment of the new AG, and the freedom of macc under LK. Then only all these goon politicians disappear from optics.
Maybe appointing someone who wears a 4k slipper and a million dollar watch at home would also be good optics for the new cabinet
