Jackson has allowed Stone to not begin serving his sentence while she conducts hearings on the motion and until she rules on it.

from Stone's case after the Justice Department overruled their sentence recommendation of seven to nine years in prison. One resigned. The action by Justice Department leadership came hours after Trump criticized the recommended sentence, raising concerns among prosecutors, former prosecutors and judges about political meddling in the Justice Department."There has rarely been a juror so tainted as the forewoman in the Roger Stone case. Look at her background.

Stone’s attorneys had earlier asked for a motion for a new trial based on the alleged bias of another juror. Jackson denied the request. Last week, Stone sought to have Jackson removed from the case because of what she said about jurors during Stone's sentencing hearing. In a long statement before she announced Stone's sentence, Jackson said jurors"served with integrity" – a comment that defense attorneys say"undermines the appearance of impartiality."

Jackson's statement is"premature" because the pending motion for a new trial questions the integrity of one juror, Stone's attorneys argued, adding that the judge's"ardent conclusion" shows an inability to reserve judgment on an issue she has not yet heard.“If parties could move to disqualify every judge who furrows his brow at one side or the other before ruling, the entire court system would come to a standstill,” Jackson said.

What a weak judge, Trump will just pardon him anyway.

Lock him up, NOW!

I really don't know why he's not in jail anyone else would be. Manafort was took to jail after conviction. She has gone out of her way to be fair and it's not done her any good. They still attack her about everything. Put his ass in jail.

EVERY TIME I've served on a jury I've been thanked by the judge. Expressing gratitude to jurors isn't bias, its kindness & respect. Jackson is being more than fair by allowing his motion play out. Stone is lucky he has a fair court system. Sadly, his actions look to abuse it.

Just let every prisoner out..... Why should this POS not be in PRISON!!

Trump is a clear and present danger! TrumpMustGo

realDonaldTrump is conducting a sustained campaign against the jury and foreperson. This is obvious intimidation and undermines the volunteer jury system.TrumpIsACoward

Saying Judge Jackson showed 'bias' by thanking the jurors and acknowledging their difficult duty is stupid as hell. Likely EVERY jury in the country (including the Federal jury and County juries on which I served) has been likewise acknowledged by the judges! It's what they do.

For crying out loud lock his ass up allready!!!
