the unconstitutional one is the sekolah pondok and tahfiz that are privately owned and teaches their own stuff. vernacular school are under ministry of education, teachers from moe and subjects are same with national school except that they use mother tongue.
A total waste of public fund and courts time. Seeking cheap publicity in the expense of racial harmony. Why can’t people leave other races alone. What actually that bothers them?
