The high court has decided that Aboriginal Australians are not aliens for the purpose of the constitution, a major defeat for the deportation powers of Peter Dutton’s home affairs department and a significant development in the rights of Indigenous Australians.
To even consider the question is a disgrace.
Are they supposed to be grateful for that on top of everything else? Fricking disgrace.
For Australia...a country whose penal colony consisting exactly of the types of vermin that every country would like to expel....... to consider aboriginies not of the territory ...is nothing but racist.... And a split decision at that Not a place that I'd like to visit.
