An Akure High Court in Ondo state presided over by Justice Olabode Adegbehingbe has granted bail to Dr. Lanre Olu-Adeyemi and a cleric, John Abiodun arraigned before the court.

Justice Adegbehingbe held that the defendants should provide sureties who have evidence of employment and payment of tax or they should be remanded at Olokuta Correctional centre in Akure. Justice Adegbehingbe had earlier frowned at any attempt to intimidate the court by any of the counsels with what he described as inappropriate applications or motions, noting that he stands for a fair trial in all matters before his jurisdiction.
