THE Kuala Lumpur High Court has released a teenager who is facing murder charges over a tahfiz centre fire which killed 23 people in Kuala Lumpur two years ago. However, Justice Azman Abdullah ordered another teen to enter his defence for the same crime, saying prosecutors have successfully established prima facie.
