A LAWYER is demanding that Britain's "hardest cop" should be punished after saving his life with a 50,000-volt Taser during a vicious machete attack.
On Twitter, she said that she was surprised that the Metropolitan Police "haven't started disciplinary action against PC Outten for assault and battery on Muhammad Rodwan." Mrs Justice Carr, sitting at the Old Bailey yesterday, rejected the idea that the policeman had used excessive force. Both victims needed surgery following the attack in 1996, with one having almost had his hand chopped off.
Absolutely ridiculous! The officer was lucky to survive and should receive an award for stopping this man.
