Fox News host Greg Gutfeld urged viewers to call their senators and tell them to"get this crap over with" a day before the Senate impeachment trial was due to begin in earnest.told the show's viewers how to get in touch with their senator on Monday, providing the number for a switchboard as he took aim at the"pomp and circumstance" of the impeachment process.

"That was a frickin' ceremony! You have ceremonies to award medals. You have ceremonies at weddings and funerals," Gutfeld said at the time."This was like a baptism at the Addams Family."
