Just curious, but why is a racial difference in sentencing a problem, but a gender difference is not? I guess I'm just not woke enough to understand auspol Gynocentrism means GenderBias not GenderEquality

That's fucked

It is an indication that all what's been done is wrong. Young Aboriginals need massive study grants to go to big cities and learn about the opportunities that Australia has for them. Leaving kids in highly isolated alcoholic and abusive environments is what makes them criminals.

Justice is blind, if you commit a crime knowing that you could get away with it because you are a certain minority then that is shameful too, don't commit crime and you won't be detained.

Because they committed 23 times more crimes. The writer is nothing more than a s..tstirrer.

Are they falsely being arrestednow that would be racist

Or, aboriginal youth commit crime at a rate 23 times that of non-indigenous kids.

Maybe they should stop committing crime then.

Do they commit more crime?

It's not like authorities go out of their way in search of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islanders to incarcerate & More often than not...they are incarcerated for being caught in illicit activities/crimes that require them to be detained/arrested etc.

Just wrong

Aboriginal youths should stop committing crimes, then there would be no need to incarcerate them. factsareracist

Shameful.
