Mohammed Adoke, has arrived the Gwagwalada Division of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, for his arraignment on fraud charges instituted against him and others by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
The Senior Advocate of Nigeria was brought to the court for the Wednesday’s proceedings in a bus occupied mainly by the EFCC operatives and some policemen. The bearded Adoke who stepped out of the white bus on the court premises at 1.50 pm walked into the courtroom using a walking stick as support.Surrounded by friends, he walked to the courtroom as fast as he could unsupported by anyone.
When he arrived the courtroom he greeted a battery of Senior Advocates of Nigeria, including Chief Wole Olanipekun, Chief Mike Ozekhome, Solomon Umoh, Olalekan Ojo, A. U Mustapha, and Paul Erokoro, seated in the courtroom.
