BREAKING: There has been a last minute change to the rules as Donald Trump's impeachment trial kicks-off.

Republicans holding the majority of Senate seats, Democrats won't be able to secure any changes unless they convince some of their colleagues across the aisle to push back against the proposal.

Jerry Nadler, another House impeachment manager, also addressed the media, saying: “This fixation on the Clinton trial is weird”. House Republicans tried to have a debate over witnesses during impeachment proceedings. Democrats shut down that debate. That’s the cover up.He added that any senator who supports Mr McConnell’s proposed rules would be “complicit in the cover-up of the president.”

“I think it's clear that as a friend of mine put it, Speaker Pelosi gets little endorphin bumps of pleasure every time she can stick it to the President whether he deserves it or not,” Mr Kennedy said.As politicians, lawyers and members of the media descend en masse to Capitol Hill, Mr Trump appeared on the other side of the world.

It's hilarious people still argue the point of no crimes or evidence. Nixon & Clinton, faced the same or similar articles. It is a law in the US to withhold documents or testimony from Congress. It is also a law to interfere with law & justice. No evidence? Trump has withheld it!

'The president is accused of breaking the law' No, he wasn't impeached for 'breaking the law' at all. He was impeached for obstruction of congress and abuse of power. Which aren't even crimes. You fake news hacks *still* can't get even the basic facts right.
