Maine Republican Senator Susan Collins told reporters Wednesday that new evidence in the impeachment trial against President Donald Trump in the form of handwritten notes from Rudy Giuliani's business associate Lev Parnas should have been entered into the record earlier.
Parnas, however, did not relinquish the evidence until last week. When informed of this fact Collins asked,"Doesn't that suggest that the House did an incomplete job, then?"
