Why Supreme Court Upturned EmekaIhedioha's Victory | Sahara Reporters The seven-man panel led by Chief Justice of Nigeria, Tanko Muhammad, agreed that results in 388 polling units were unlawfully excluded during the collation of the final... READ MORE:

The Supreme Court has given reasons why it nullified the governorship election of Imo State and allowed the appeal filed by Hope Uzodinma of All Progressives Congress.

Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, who read the unanimous judgment of the apex court, said,"Votes due to the appellant, Senator Hope Uzodinma, and APC from 388 polling units were wrongly excluded from scores ascribed to the appellant . "It is hereby declared that the first appellant holds the majority of lawful votes cast at the governorship election held in Imo State on March 9, 2019, having satisfied the mandatory constitutional requirement.

EmekaIhedioha The supreme court clearly helped APC FG to rig the election in Imo state like they did in Osun and presidential elections. I think the CJN must step down and SC reverses that judgement before they set Nigeria on fire.

EmekaIhedioha But how did he get the result he presented to the court with which he has been declared winner, when his party couldn't deliver even one house of assembly member in imo. Even in his constituency he lost his candidate. And this two elections where convicted the same day.

EmekaIhedioha I don't just understand Does it mean that Ihedioha never got any single vote in the 388 earlier cancelled results Can anyone let me see the results ?as it where

EmekaIhedioha Mani Pulation

EmekaIhedioha The picture should have been Nullification and NOT Declaring Their Man Winner.

EmekaIhedioha There is no why, we did not vote for APC this is raping us of our vote, how can who we did not vote for and under this present APC deliver IMO state from the hell we are already bcoz of Rochas/APC

EmekaIhedioha 2. The same Fr. Mbaka annouced the Supreme Court ruling a fortnight ago. We are watching &waiting.

EmekaIhedioha 1.Who cancelled election in those polling units? Why were they cancelled? Why did Nwosu withdraw his appeal? Just because Oga wants his party to be d governor. Let me join things together: it was Uzodimna that represented and presented PMB's/APCs donation to Fr. Mbaka in Dec.'18

EmekaIhedioha Nigeria should understand that this country now belong to the Cabals and whoever is ready to do their bidding will become governor, the people’s choice is irrelevant.

EmekaIhedioha That's not my major concern. I want someone to enlighten me how fourth placed party won over and above 2nd and third political party. That's means Tottenham can be declared winner over Liverpool if PL nah Naija league.

naija What were you expecting from a sharia court Judge appointed by PMB with little or no constitutional judge experience of Nigeria. Idris is still right. Nigeria na jaga jaga. 😔

EmekaIhedioha There were three judges in the case, Tanko mohammedd, Hope Uzodioma and Rev Ejike Mbaka. Mbaka had a firsthand information about the judgement and called it prophecy. God is not mock

EmekaIhedioha Why didn't the Court order for a rerun instead of giving law students and lecturers difficulty in assimilating the unexplainable?!?!

EmekaIhedioha What do you expect from an idiot who studied Islamic studies abd was unlawfully chosen to be the CJN.. Failed nation

EmekaIhedioha That means 236,600 votes was unlawfully excluded from 318 polling units.. Simple maths 236,600/318=744.0251 that's approximately 744 votes per polling unit. Please how many people are they..so they all voted for him only?.

EmekaIhedioha I am deeply worried on impact of this kangaroo verdict on once peaceful Imo state which has already been positioned toward unprecedented economic growth. The Era of egoistically propaganda and status molding has returned again. Adieu Imo state.

EmekaIhedioha I always said it, and I will continue to say it. That the biggest problem of Nigeria today is judiciary, if there is tranprience in the suprime Curt.. Why didn't they judge in favour of Atiku Abubaka at the last election against Buhari

EmekaIhedioha Corrupt system of government

EmekaIhedioha Wonders will never end in this country.

EmekaIhedioha It’s obvious INEC couldn’t deliver the state due to the people’s choice the Supreme Court is their only option that was the reason you have Tanko there at the first place Nigeria is far from being a Democratic nation.

EmekaIhedioha Chai, wonders shall never end

Even that goes overboard most of the time got their headline and content right this time. Media houses must learn to hide their biases and report news dispassionately; that is where lies your professionalism.

That witch hunt.. No hope in this Nigeria again

EmekaIhedioha GOVERNMENT MAGIC ,,,,,,,,,,,, FELA ANIKULAPO KUTI

EmekaIhedioha You guys are just looking for 'traffic' the reasons are already contained in the judgement. Every other thing you add is your opinions and nothing more

EmekaIhedioha What a failed nation

EmekaIhedioha Expired news. Fr. Mbaka news gave us the flashlight before any media giant. Fr mbaka News is working with Snowden by 2H20' will shall know better .

EmekaIhedioha So, how did Tanko arrived at giving the votes from the affected polling units to the person who came 4th? How?

EmekaIhedioha Does that mean the said omitted votes all belongs to APC? NO OTHER PARTY WAS VOTED FOR

EmekaIhedioha The more you see the less you understand. 😉

EmekaIhedioha Well

EmekaIhedioha In an APC ruling state Under the watchdog of Mr Iberiberism. It shows something is fishing from their Incompetent CJN.
