A seven-man panel of the apex court led by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Tanko Muhammad, unanimously declared Hope Uzodinma as the winner of the March 9, 2019, governorship election and the validly elected governor of the state.
Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, who read the lead judgment, ordered that the certificate of return issued to Ihedioha be immediately withdrawn.She also directed that Uzodinma must be immediately sworn in as the Governor of Imo State.

This can't happen in a nation where there are serious youths. Look at what is happening in Hong Kong, even in Iran. MBuhari knows the youths are actually lazy and useless that's why he runs the country as a private entity.
MBuhari was right. Nigerian youths are not only 'lazy', they're 'useless'. Because, they do nothing but belong to political parties for stomach sake. So, it doesn't bother them what irregularity plays out so long as it favours their party and gives them peanuts, they're fine.
I fill so ashamed as a Nigerian, it pains me, if Gov. Ihedioha could be removed from office, how about Kano, and other APC States were election was completely something else?
