The Supreme Court has scheduled judgment for later today in one of the four appeals challenging the outcome of last governorship election in Imo State.
A seven-man panel of the court, led by the Chief Justice of Nigeria , Justice Ibrahim Muhammad, made the announcement after lawyers in the appeal marked: SC/1461,2019 filed by Ifeanyi Ararume of the All Progressives Grand Alliance .After the last lawyer adopted his brief, Justice Muhammad said: “Judgement in this appeal is stood down.
