Cynthia Alksne called Giuliani's advice 'not very smart' and 'silly,' after the attorney urged Trump's defense team to argue that the ongoing proceedings against the president are unconstitutional.

Former federal prosecutor Cynthia Alksne mocked Donald Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani on Sunday for wanting to defend the president in his upcoming Senate impeachment trial when Giuliani can't"zip up his pants."

When asked about the possibility of Giuliani being part of Trump's legal defense team, Alksne indicated that it is very unlikely the former New York mayor would be selected for such a task given his recent allegedly turbulent interviews with reporters.

Would be like watching a train wreck - - interesting, and tragic, at the same time

So what is the prosecutors name? Is th another make believe story!

Put them on live TV for America to see. Debate it out.

Mocking Giuliani? Way too easy.

I love lawyers that think the law is complex, they’re entirely transparent. Rudy is olde enough to know how bulls*** works. Technicalities are for people with chops like NormEisen. Rudy and Norm going up against each other. That’s a complete s***show. Anything is possible.

Then that ex-prosecutor obviously suffers from Trump Derangement Syndrome & their opinion is a worthless joke!
